CrowdCall (crowdcall.live) is a sports prediction platform operated as a skill-based competition. It is not a gambling service. Participation requires a one-time entry fee of €5 to compete in the Pro League prediction tournament.
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. By entering, you confirm you meet this requirement. CrowdCall reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Participation is void where prohibited by local law — it is your responsibility to ensure participation is legal in your jurisdiction.
The Pro League is a skill-based prediction competition. Participants pay a one-time entry fee of €5 and vote on the outcome of all 104 FIFA World Cup 2026 matches. The participant with the highest prediction accuracy at the conclusion of the tournament (July 19, 2026) wins the prize pot. In the event of a tie, the prize is split equally.
Prizes: 1st place wins the prize pot. 2nd place receives $200. 3rd place receives $100. Places 4–100 each receive $50. Prizes are paid out within 14 days of the tournament's conclusion.
All entry fees are final and non-refundable once the competition has begun. CrowdCall reserves the right to cancel the competition and issue full refunds if fewer than 10 participants enter.
Coins are virtual currency purchased with real money. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for real money. Coins are used exclusively to place side bets on match details within the platform.
Stars are virtual rewards earned exclusively by winning side bets. Stars cannot be purchased. Stars can be redeemed for the prizes listed in the Prize Shop. Stars have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
All coin purchases are final and non-refundable. CrowdCall is not responsible for coins lost due to incorrect bets.
Side bets are placed using virtual coins on specific match outcomes (goals, cards, corners, etc.). Bets must be placed before match kickoff. All bets lock automatically when a match begins. Results are determined by official FIFA match data. Winning side bets award Stars at the multiplier rate displayed at the time of betting.
Minimum bet: 1 coin. Maximum bet: 50 coins per bet type per match. Maximum total per match: 200 coins.
Prize Shop redemptions are processed within 24–48 hours via email. CrowdCall reserves the right to verify your identity before processing redemptions. Gift card prizes are delivered digitally. CrowdCall is not responsible for third-party service availability (Spotify, Netflix, Amazon).
Any attempt to manipulate results, use automated systems, create multiple accounts, or otherwise circumvent the competition rules will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes or coins.
We collect your name and email address for competition administration and prize delivery only. We do not sell your data to third parties. By entering, you agree to receive prize-related communications. For questions, contact us at support@crowdcall.live.
CrowdCall is provided "as is." We are not liable for technical failures, data errors, or interruptions of service. Our total liability to any participant shall not exceed the amount paid by that participant.
CrowdCall reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We reserve the right to terminate the service at any time with appropriate notice and refunds where applicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
